Laser Cleaning Technology for Automotive Tire Molds
After a period of operation, tire molds tend to accumulate rubber residues on the surface. Without timely cleaning, such residues will compromise the finished tire quality.

The handheld laser cleaning device features high flexibility and enables rapid cleaning of complex molded surfaces on demand. The fully automatic laser cleaning system can clean a large number of disassembled mold components in a precise, fast, safe and cost-effective manner, including flip-top molds, mold parts, sidewalls and bead rings.
Laser cleaning effectively extends the service life of molds. It removes dirt and residues from sensitive mold surfaces without causing abrasion or kinetic damage incurred by sandblasting. In addition, laser cleaning prevents residues from entering micro vents (such as Tillman vents and European standard vents), and can be safely applied to molds equipped with spring-type vents.
