Laser Cleaning of Oxide Layers for Radio Frequency (RF) Systems

The RQM-0050 provides an optimal solution for metal surface pretreatment before bonding, welding or coating processes.

Oxide layers feature excellent laser absorption capacity, which enables them to be gasified and thoroughly removed. Under micro plasma bursts generated by pulsed laser beams, oxides are rapidly vaporized and detached from the target surface, leaving a clean substrate free of oxide residues.

If the oxide layer on antenna copper sheets is not removed, it will adversely affect signal transmission performance. After laser cleaning, the metal surface maintains high surface activity and is nearly contamination-free before exposure to atmospheric oxygen and humidity.

Eco-friendly & green process — no secondary pollutants generated

Flexible operation for molds with complex designs and irregular geometric surfaces

Extremely low cleaning cost

Precise, gentle and noise-free operation
